摘要 学生本位是指教育者站在学生角度考虑教育教学的理念,从学生评价视角对公共管理类专业课堂教学质量评价进行的系统性实证研究表明,课堂教学质量评价的重要影响因素包含学生学习收获性、教师专业形象完美性、教学语言魅力性、教师授课专注性、教学内容聚焦性、课堂纪律管理性六大因子。结构方程模型建构及检验表明,在学生对课堂教学质量评价的影响权重上,教学语言魅力性最重要,教学内容聚焦性、学生学习收获性、教师授课专注性、教师专业形象完美性次之,课堂纪律管理性居后。 The student-centered education refers to students who stand in the perspective of teaching philosophy, systematic empirical research from the perspective of public administration student evaluation of teaching quality evaluation majors showed that important factors of teaching quality evaluation includes student learning gains sex, teacher professional image of perfection, the charm of the language of instruction, teachers focus on teaching sex, the focus of teaching content, class- room discipline management of six major factor. Structural equation modeling to construct and test showed that the impact of weight on student classroom teaching quality evaluation, teaching the language charm of the most important focus of teaching content, student learning gains of teachers teaching focus on sex, teacher professional image of perfection, followed by after classroom discipline management abode.
