摘要
心理技能水平是影响职校生技能竞赛的重要因素,心理压力过大、心理状态消极、心理品质不良和心理危机易发是技能竞赛中职校生常见的心理误区。基于积极心理学视角,引导职校生在技能竞赛过程中积极应对的心理策略包括:遵循技能形成过程的规律,坚持技能练习安排的原则,运用矫正错误技能的技术,合理设置技能竞赛的目标,开展系统实用的心理训练,保持参与技能竞赛的积极心态。
Psychological skills level is an important factor vocational school skills competition effects, psychological pressure, negative mental state, poor mental and psychological crisis-prone quality skills competition in vocational school is a common mental error's. Based on the positive psychOlogy perspective, guiding psychological strategy to actively respond to vocational school students in the skills competition process include: follow the laws of skills formation process, adhere to the principle of skills training arrangements, the use of error correction technology skills, a reasonable set of skills competitions objectives, conduct system utilities mental training, maintaining a positive attitude to participate in the skills competition.
