基于学生主体诉求的应用型本科院校职业道德教育模式构建研究

Study on the Construction of Education Pattern for Professional Ethics in Application-oriented Universities Based on the Appeals of Student Subject

职业道德教育是"高校群众路线教育实践活动"的重要组成部分,是完善高校学生就业指导的创新实践活动。应用型本科院校构建职业道德教育模式,可以有效地实现以就业为导向的应用型本科院校大才培养目标,进一步端正大学生的择业态度,树立正确的职业道德思想,承担相应的社会道德责任和义务。

Professional ethics education is not only an important component of“practical education activity of the university mass line”,but also a creative practical activity to perfect the occupational guidance for university students. Constructing the education pat-tern for professional ethics in application-oriented universities can effectively achieve the training objective of great talents in applica-tion-oriented universities with employment as the guidance,further correct job selection attitudes of graduates,and help them establish right professional moral thought and assume corresponding responsibilities and obligations of social morality.
