摘要
经过数十年的发展,美国密苏里州形成了成熟完善的教师评价系统。2013年5月,密苏里州正式颁布了《示范教育工作者评价系统》,《中小学示范教师标准》是该评价系统的基础和核心。本文分析了《中小学示范教师标准》出台的背景与过程,阐述其内容与结构,总结、归纳了其特色,以期对我国教师评价的发展有所帮助。
With decades of development, Missouri model of teacher evaluation system becomes mature and perfect. In May 2013, the State Board of Education gave final approval to Missouri model Educator Evaluation System. Model Teacher Standard is the foundation and core of Missouri model Educator Evaluation System. This paper analyses the background and process of Model Teacher Standard's release, discusses its content and structure, and summarizes its characteristics. It may provide reference and enlightenment for the development of China's teacher evaluation.
