摘要
目的研究益智根茎中抗肿瘤的活性成分。方法以4种肿瘤细胞PC-12、MCF-7、HepG2和Mku-45的细胞毒作用为活性筛选方法,采用MTT活性导向分离益智根茎中的抗肿瘤活性成分。结果结果发现黄酮类成分是益智根茎细胞毒的主要活性成分,其中杨芽黄素、依砂黄素、4'-甲氧基芹菜素和乔松素对4种肿瘤细胞均具有较好的抑制作用。结论首次研究了益智根茎的抗肿瘤作用,基本明确黄酮类成分是益智根茎抗肿瘤的主要活性成分。
Objective To study the anti - cancer bioactive components from stem of Alpinia oxyphflla Miq. Methods The anti - cancer active components were screened using PC - 12, MCF - 7, HepG2 and Mku - 45 cell cytotoxic activity and detected by MTT. Results The flavone compounds were the main bioactivity ingredients. Four compounds, namely chrysin izalpinin 4′-methoxy - apigenin and pinocembrin, have good inhibition on the four cancer cells. Conclusion This is the first time to study the anti - cancer compounents in stem of Alpinia oxyphylla Miq. This paper clarified the flavone components were the main anti - cancer compounds in stem of Alpinia oxyphylla Miq.
