菟丝子及炮制品高效液相色谱指纹图谱研究

Study on fingerprints of Cuscuta chinensis by HPLC

目的应用HPLC法建立菟丝子药材及炮制品的指纹图谱。方法采用Kromasil ODS-1色谱柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇(A)-0.4%磷酸水溶液(B)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为328nm。结果检测了菟丝子药材及5种炮制品,标定了20个共有峰,相似度较高,各色谱峰分离度较好,达到了中药指纹图谱研究的技术要求。结论该方法准确、重复性好,建立的HPLC指纹图谱可用于菟丝子及炮制品的质量评价。

Objective To establish a fingerprints of Cuscuta chinensis different processed products by HPLC. Methods The Symmetry Kromasil ODS - 1 column （250mm×4.6 mm,51μm） was used, the water methanol 0.4% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase, with gradient elution, the flow rate 1.0 ml/min, column temperature of 30 0（2, and detected at 328nm. Results This method had a good repeatability, a total of 20 common peaks were identified, similarity is higher, the chromatographic peak separation degree is better,which reaches fingerprint technical requirements. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Cuscuta chinensis.
