摘要
目的分析苍术炮制前后邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(DIBP)含量的变化。方法运用气相色谱法测定生苍术、麸炒苍术挥发油中邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯含量。结果测得3批不同产地苍术100g生品中邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯含量分别为2.668㎎、3.160㎎、3.807㎎,100g麸品中其含量分别为1.480㎎、1.676㎎、2.321㎎。结论麸炒后苍术中邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯的含量均不同程度降低。
Objective To analyze changes of the diisobutyl phthalate content in before and after Atractylodes lancea stir - frying with bran. Methods Gas chromatography is used to determine the diisobutyl phthalate content in Atractylode lancea. Results The diisobutyl phthalate content in three batches of 100g the crude Atractylodes Lancea from different habitats are 2. 668 m0,3. 160mg, 3. 807 mg, after stir - frying with bran , the content are 1. 480mg, 1. 676mg, 2. 321 mg. Conclusion The diisobutyl phthalate content are all decrease after Atractylodes lancea Stir - frying with Bran, while the percentage of content in the volatile oil increased at different degree.
