蒙药文冠木超微粉与普通粉抗炎作用的初步对比 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究蒙药文冠木超微粉与普通粉抗炎作用,并对不同剂量、不同给药时间两种粉末抗炎效果进行对比。方法采用角叉菜胶致小鼠足肿胀模型,观察超微粉4个低剂量组7天给药和3天给药的抗炎作用,并与普通粉抗炎效果进行对比。结果超微粉给药7天在相对较小剂量下,能明显减轻致炎足爪的肿胀度,对小鼠角叉菜胶炎症肿胀有显著抑制作用,且药效优于较高剂量的普通粉。超微粉4个低剂量组给药3天,对小鼠角叉菜胶炎症肿胀抑制作用较弱。结论小剂量文冠木超微粉抗炎作用效果显著,药效堪比高剂量普通粉甚至更优。 Objective To study the anti - inflammatory effect of Ultramicro and Fine powder of Mongolian medicine Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge. And compare the different Anti - inflammatory effects between two powders at different doses and different time. Methods Using the model of carrageenan induced paw edema in mice,observed the anti - inflammatory effects of four low - dose groups administrated Ultramicro powder for 7 days and 3 days, And compared with the effects of general powder. Results Ultramicro powder administered for 7 days, in a relatively lesser doses, could significantly reduce inflammatory paw swelling induced by carrageenan in mice,and the efficacy was better than Fine powder at higher doses. The groups administered for 3 days,had a weaker effect. Conclusion Lower dosage groups of Ultramicro powder of Xartthoceras sorbifolia Bunge had a significant anti - inflammatory effect, which is better than the efficacy of fine powder which in higher doses.
