摘要
目的优选双黄连粉针剂超声雾化吸入的最佳参数。方法采用正交设计法,以绿原酸、连翘苷、黄芩苷的含量为评价指标,确定最佳雾化参数。结果绿原酸、连翘苷、黄芩苷分别在进样量范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,精密度、稳定性的RSD均<2%,最佳雾化参数为雾化温度30℃、雾化时间20min、雾化频率1.7MHz,溶剂为纯水。结论该方法合理可行,稳定性强,可控性好,可在临床上推广。
Objective to select ShuangHuangLian powder injection best parameters of ultrasonic atomization inhalation. Methods using orthogonal design method,ehlorogenie acid,forsythia glycosides, the content of baicalin as evaluation indexes,the optimum atomization parameters. Results Chlorogenie acid, forsythia glycosides, baicalin, respectively within the scope of the sample quantity and good linear relationship between peak area and the RSD of precision, stability, was〈2% , the optimum parameters of the spray atomization temperature 30℃, atomization time 20 rain, atomization frequency 1.7 MHz, solvent for pure water. Conclusion the method is reasonable and practical, strong stability, controllability is strong, can be popularized in clinic.
