代谢组学在中医证候动物模型中的应用研究进展

Research Progress on the Application of Metabonomics to Study of Animal Models with Syndrome of Traditional Chinese Medicine

为了全面掌握代谢组学在中医证候动物模型研究中的应用思路与方法,文章在复习近年相关文献的基础上,从哲学思维原理角度将其研究方法归纳为"线性研究""对比研究"和"动态研究"三大类别进行综述,并分别从其概念、复制思路、指标选择和类证对比等角度进行总结;并在问题与展望部分中论及目前研究中存在的关键问题,并提出自己的解决问题的观点。

In order to grasp the thinking way and methods of metabonomics in the research of animal model with symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, we reviewed the recent related articles, and classified these research methods into three kinds of methods as linear research, contrastive research and dynamic research according to the philosophy thought. Then, we summarized these research methods from the various aspects of conception, thinking way, index selection and similar syndrome compare. In the part of problems and prospect, we have mentioned three main problems and given the related resoluble thoughts.
