摘要
自2000年以来,人民胜利渠灌区面临着黄河主流远离渠首闸,且主槽下切,造成引水能力严重不足,灌区效益衰减严重的问题,通过分析渠首引水存在的问题及当前采取的应急措施,提出长远解决问题的综合工程措施建议。
Since 2000, the capacity of water diversion has been declining in the irrigation district of People＇s Victory Canal due to the long distance from the mainstream to the gate of main canal and undercutting of the main channel. As a result benefits generated from water supply projects have been reduced. With analysis of existed problems with water diversion at the head of the canal and emergency measures at present, long-term solutions and structural measures are put forward.
