摘要 传统下尾管作业时,为防止产生过高的激动压力并平衡管内外压力,下尾管速度往往较慢且需周期性的灌浆作业,作业效率较低。为此,国外公司开发了快速下尾管技术,在原有自动灌浆浮箍的基础上,研制了由导流阀及短节组成的尾管快速下入系统。阐述了尾管快速下入系统的原理,分别介绍了Weatherford公司、Halliburton公司、Baker Hughes公司以及TIW公司的尾管快速下入系统,并比较了它们的优缺点。从给定条件下的应用结果来看,Weatherford公司的尾管快速下入系统表现最佳,其下放速度约为常规下放速度的166倍。研究内容可为尾管快速下入技术在国内的应用提供参考。 In traditional liner running operations, low liner running speed and periodic filling are often adopted to prevent excessive surge pressure and balance the internal and external pressures of liner, but these measures lead to lower operation performance. In this regard, some foreign companies have developed fast liner running technologies, which feature a fast liner running system consisting of diverter valves and subs based on the original autofill float collar. In this paper, the working principle of such fast liner running system is described, and the products of Weatherford, Halliburton, Baker Hughes and TIW are introduced and compared. The application results under given conditions show that the system of Weatherford has the best performance with about 166 times of conventional liner running speed. The study can provide a reference for the application of fast liner running technology in China.
