摘要 为满足山地、丛林、沙漠腹地等公路运输难以到达的偏远地区的油气勘探开发需要,研制了ZJ50DBS直升机吊装钻机。钻机整机采用机电数字一体化设计,主要实现数字控制,初步具备自动化、智能化和信息化功能。钻机结构采用模块化设计,其中93%的模块质量小于2.5 t,余下7%的模块质量小于2.7 t,小于现有直升机吊装钻机模块的质量,使用小型直升机即可完成钻机所有部件的吊运,降低了对运输工具的要求。钻机动力和控制系统采用成熟技术,工作平稳可靠,各项性能指标均达到了设计要求。 To meet the oil and gas exploration and development requirements in remote areas like mountainous region, jungle and desert where highway transportation is difficult to access, the ZJ50DBS helicopter lifting drilling rig is developed. The drilling rig design integrates electromechanical and digital equipment to make the main function digital controlled and achieve preliminary automation, intelligence and informationization. The rig structure adopts modular design with 93% of the modules are less than 2.5 t and 7% of the modules are less than 2.7 t, making the new rig lighter than the existing helicopter lifting drilling rig module. A small helicopter can be used to complete the transportation work of all rig parts, thus reducing the requirement for rig transportation. Proven technologies are adopted in power and control systems to gain a stable and reliable performance, and all performance indicators have met the design requirements.
