摘要
辽河油田采用化学驱与深部调驱技术提高原油产量时,采出液中聚合物质量浓度对污水处理效果影响显著,污水指标严重超标。室内研究结果表明,在含聚污水处理中,曝气处理工艺有常规处理工艺不可比拟的优越性。鉴于此,在实验室进行了含聚呆出液曝气试验研究,以辽河油田含聚采出液为例,分析曝气对含聚污水处理效果的影响。通过在现场取样试验,从曝气形式的选择、曝气器的布置、气泡直径及气水比等方面,研究曝气对含聚采出液处理效果的影响,指出盘式曝气器更适用于含聚采出液的处理,且气泡最佳直径为1.8~2.5mm;另外,含聚呆出液采用合适的预脱水剂处理后曝气可产生明显的处理效果。
When chemical flooding and deep profile control are used to enhance the oil production in Liaohe Oilfield, the polymer mass concentration in the produced fluid has a significant effect on the wastewater treatment effect, resulting in highly incompliant sewage indicators. Laboratory analysis has shown the advantages of aeration process for treating polymer-containing wastewater that are incomparable for conventional processes. In this regard, aeration experiment is conducted for the polymer-containing liquid produced from Liaohe oilfield, to identify the influence of aeration on the treatment effects. Moreover, the field samples are tested to analyze the effects of aeration on treatment of polymer-containing produced liquid, in respect of selection of aeration form, arrangement of aeration device, bubble diameter, and gas-water ratio. Results show that the disc aeration device is preferable and the optimum bubble diameter is 1.8 - 2.5 ram. Additionally, the aeration effect will be better if the polymer-containing produced liquid is treated by proper dehydrating agent.
