B类颗粒在鼓泡流化床中流动特性的数值模拟 被引量:1

摘要 采用欧拉双流体模型对鼓泡流化床中气-固两相流动行为进行数值模拟。模拟结果表明,采用结构曳力模型能够较好地预测B类颗粒在鼓泡流化床中的流动行为。对比初始流态化颗粒浓度图和完全流态化颗粒浓度分布图,可以发现结构曳力模型能够较好地展现鼓泡流化床中气泡的运动特性。当比较不同曳力模型下的模拟结果时,结构曳力模型比传统曳力模型能够更好地预测颗粒的径向分布。 The two-fluid model was adopted to simulate the gas-solid flow in the bubbling fluidized bed. The results showed that the flow behavior of Geldart B particles in bubbling fluidized bed could be predicted well by the structure drag model. By comparing the solid particle distribution in the initialization fluidization with that in the complete fluidization, it was found that the bubble moving characteristic could be captured bythe structure drag model. Moreover, the radial solid particle distribution was predicted better by the structure drag model than by the traditional drag model.
