基于横向剪切干涉图像的波像差求取技术 被引量:1

摘要 基于横向剪切干涉的光学系统像差检测实验,需要从干涉图像中解算出像差值.根据像差函数,完成了带有各类波像差的横向剪切干涉图像的模拟与处理,在此基础上,利用Zernike多项式法求解出波像差,所得结果与初始模拟值进行比较,误差在5%以内. In aberration acquisition experiment of optical system based on lateral shearing interfer-ence ,the wavefront aberration needs to be calculated from interference fringe .Based on aberration functions ,lateral shearing interferogram with sorts of aberrations was simulated and processed ,then the wavefront aberrations were solved using Zernike multinomial method ,the errors were less than 5% .
