摘要
针对8/6极开关磁阻电机,采用电磁场有限元的方法,研究不同绕线方式所形成的不同磁极分布对电机自感和互感的影响。研究表明:电机各相自感最大值与磁极分布的对称性有关,其差值可达30%左右;不同磁极分布下,各相间互感变化规律相差很大,仅有NSNSNSNS分布的电机各相间互感具有良好的一致性,且全为正值;互感相对自感的大小亦与磁极分布的对称性有关,对于反对称磁极分布的SRM,互感平均值不到自感平均值的10%,而正对称磁极分布SRM,互感平均值接近自感平均值的40%。
For the four phase 8/6 switched reluctance motor, using the finite element method of electromag- netic fields, researched the impact of different winding connection type and different poles distribution of SRM on self inductance and mutual inductance. The studies have show that: each phase maximum value of self inductance is associated with poles distribution symmetry of SRM, and its difference is up to 30% ; For different poles distribution of SRM, each mutual inductance of phases has big difference, only the mutual in- ductance of SRM with NSNSNSNS distribution has good consistency, and they are all positive. The relative proportions between mutual inductance and self inductance is associated with the symmetry of poles distribu- tion, for the ant/symmetric SRM, average value of mutual inductance is less than 10% of average value of self inductance, but for the symmetric SRM, average value of mutual inductance is approaching 40% of av- erage value of self inductance.
