基于磁化电流的感应电机转子时间常数测量

摘要 在基于电流模型的感应电机间接转子磁场定向矢量控制系统中,转子时间常数的准确获取至关重要。该文从电机静止等效模型入手,对电机依次进行电流磁化、定子电流断流、定子电流续流处理,检测续流电流最大值,通过该值调整电机磁化时间,逼近并获取电机转子时间常数。在介绍测量原理的基础上,进行仿真与实验研究,结果表明该方法具有较高的测量精度。 In the indirect rotor flux-oriented vector control system of induction motor based on the current mod- el, it is very important to access to the rotor time constant accurately. In this paper, magnetizing current of the motor, interrupting the stator current and lasting stator current was processed in turn from the equivalent model of a static motor. Then the rotor time constant could be approached by adjusting the motor magnetization time which was got by measuring the maximum value of freewheeling current. The higher accuracy of this method was verified by simulation and experimental results on the basis of the introduction of measuring principle.
