摘要
磁链观测的准确是直接转矩控制应用的前提,电压模型磁链观测法结构简单、电机参数依赖少等特点而备受关注。纯积分器存在直流饱和以及初始值问题,使用纯积分器电压模型磁链观测的直接转矩控制应用在永磁同步电机驱动中常常失效。一种简单有效地解决此问题的方法是采用低通滤波器替代纯积分器,但是低通滤波器会引入幅值和相位误差,对其进行适当的补偿可以有效改善电机的运行性能。
Accurate flux observation is a prerequisite for application of direct torque control (DTC). Voltage model flux observation method has the advantages of simple structure, less reliance on motor parameters, so it is being paid more and more attention. Because of the DC drift and initial value problems, the voltage model using pure integrator always makes the DTC fail in permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) drives. A simple and effective solution to this problem is to use a low pass filter instead of pure integrator. But the low-pass filter will introduce amplitude and phase errors, appropriate compensation can effectively improve the operating performance of the motor.
