摘要
分析和验证了一种应用于伺服系统的低成本旋转变压器位置解算方法。首先介绍了该方法的基本原理,旋变激磁的产生、采样的同步,数字位置和速度的解算。在实验部分,以永磁同步电机为被测对象完成了相关测试工作。结果表明,所提出的旋转变压器解算方法具有精度高、实时响应性好等特点,能够满足伺服系统的动、静态性能要求。
A low-cost resolver position solving methods in servo system was analyzed and proved. First, in- troduced the basic principle of this method, including the resolver excitation generation, sampling synchroni- zation and the digital solving method of position and speed. In the experimental part, completed the relevant tests based on permanent magnet synchronous motor. The results show that the method has high-precision and high-response characteristics, can meet the dynamic and static performance requirements of servo system.
