结合网络中心战的相关需求，论述了云计算与网络中心战的密切关系，强调了云计算中的计算虚拟化和分布式协同在网络中心战中的重要作用；研究了信息化战争对我军信息系统的能力需求，给出了基于云计算构建我军信息系统应注意的事项，为信息化条件下我军信息系统建设方向提供了思路。

Combined with the requirements of network- centric warfare, the relationship between the cloud computing and the network-centric warfare is discussed, the importance of the computing virtual and distributed cooperation of the cloud computing in network-centric warfare is focused. The capability requirements of the information system in information warfare are studied. Matters which should be considered when to construct our information system based on the cloud computing are advanced. Such research can provide some ideas in constructing our information system.
