转型期保障性住区规划建设的历程回顾与误区反思——以广州市为例

History Review and Mistakes Reflection on Planning and Construction of Indemnificatory Community in Transitional Period:A Case Study of Guangzhou

广州市作为国内较早开始保障性住房社区规划建设的城市之一,在住房改革大幕拉开以后经历了二十多年的转型期,建设实践过程中积累成功经验的同时,也暴露了不少亟待反思与解决的存在问题。该文通过回顾与剖析广州市保障性住区在转型期的简要建设历程,反思保障性住区在规划建设层面主要存在的几点误区,以期为保障性住区的后续建设提供启示。

Guangzhou City as one of the earliest domestic cities which started planning and construction of the indemnificatory housing community, has experienced the transitional period with more than 20 years after the housing system reform curtain went up. During this period, Guangzhou city accumulated the successful experience in the construction process, at the same time it also reveals a number of problems which need deep reflection and resolve. Through the review and analysis of the brief construction history of Guangzhou＇s indemnificatory community in transitional period, we reflect the mainly existing mistakes of indemnificatory community in terms of planning and construction, and hope to provide enlightenment for the follow-up construction of the indemniflcatory community.
