该文通过对评价体系的构成、发展历程、评价对象、评价内容、评价过程及评价效果等几方面进行分析,系统地介绍和研究了英国节能建筑评价体系,并对我国节能建筑评价体系进行简要阐述,然后通过将二者进行系统比较,分析了我国在节能建筑评价研究方面相对薄弱的环节,并据此提出相应的改进措施,以期为我国节能建筑评价体系的发展提供借鉴和思路。

We mainly analyze evaluation system of energy-saving building in UK through the aspects of the composition, development, evaluation object, content, process of evaluation and the effect. And evaluation system of energy-saving building in our country is also briefly introduced. After systematic comparison, we point out the weakness in the assessment system of our country, and put forward the corresponding measures to offer a reference for the future development of buildina environment assessment svstem in our countrv.
