摘要
该文以20世纪20～40年代间的好莱坞“黄金时代”为背景，呈现了影院建筑在美国电影产业第一次极盛时期随时代变迁而出现的三种类型，即经济大萧条前后出现的电影宫殿和社区宫殿以及“二战”以后出现的新影院。在此现象基础上，该文试图从经济发展、社会变革和建筑运动等角度分析造成影院建筑类型演进的原因，总结“二战”后新影院建筑的成型对电影文化、消费娱乐及后续影院建筑发展的影响。
In this article, we present motion picture theaters＇ transformation process during the year 1925-1948 which was considered as the ＂Golden Age＂ of Hollywood. Three types of motion picture theaters, movie palace, neighborhood palace and new architecture for movie were transforming from one to another in this age. We also analyze the driving force of the theaters＇ transformation based on the view of economic, social transforming as well as architectural movement, then evaluate the influence of the coming new architecture of movie to the movie culture, the consumption entertainment and motion picture theatre which followed this ＇age＇.
