针刀疗法为主综合治疗肌紧张型头痛临床观察

Clinical analysis of acupotomy based comprehensive therapy in the treatment of muscle tension-type headache

目的观察以针刀疗法为主综合治疗肌紧张型头痛的临床效果。方法将肌紧张型头痛患者84例随机分为治疗组和对照组各42例。对照组给予普通综合治疗,治疗组以针刀为主综合治疗,比较2组临床疗效。结果治疗组的总有效率为90.5%高于对照组的71.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刀疗法为主综合治疗肌紧张型头痛安全可靠,优于传统的保守疗法。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupotomy based comprehensive therapy on muscle tension-type headache. Methods 84 cases with muscle tension-type headache were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 42 cases. Treatment group was given acupotomy based comprehensive therapy,control group was given general treatment. Compared the clinical effect of two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 90. 5% higher than 71. 4% of control group,the difference was significant（P ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusion The treatment of cupotomy based com-prehensive therapy on muscle tension-type headache is safe and reliable,and superior to the traditional therapy.
