Synthesis of Chalcone Derivatives under Microwave Irradiation

摘要 本文应用微波辐射技术,以苯甲醛衍生物和苯乙酮衍生物为原料,合成了8种查尔酮衍生物,它们是重要的有机中间体,其结构经1H NMR,MS分析表征。该反应条件温和,反应时间短,易与产品分离﹑对环境污染小。 Eight chalcone derivatives were synthesized by benzaldehyde and substituted acetonphenone under microwave irradiation conditions, which is to further study the preparation of new pyrazoline. The structures were confirmed byl H NMR, MS. The reaction condition had the advantages of mild condition, short time, simple work - up and less pollution.
