图书馆服务是图书馆事业发展的核心问题。通过总结范并思的"现代图书馆服务"与"阅读推广"理论、吴建中的"城市转型与图书馆发展"研究以及潘卫的"图书馆服务发展"分析,从理论上对图书馆服务进行了阐释,结合上海图书馆服务的创新实践活动,探讨了图书馆服务的转型发展。

Library service is the core issue of library＇s development. Through summing up Bingsi＇s theories of ＂modern library service＂ and ＂reading promotion＂, Wu Jianzhong＇s study on ＂urban transformation and library development＂ and Pan Wei＇s analysis on ＂library service development＂, this paper expounds library service theoretically, and probes into the transformation development of library service.
