This paper introduces the concept of cloud computing, expounds some library such as unbalanced distribution of information resources, limited sharing scope, problems existing in university and copyright restriction, etc., probes into the functions of cloud computing in university library＇s resources sharing, and points out that the cloud computing can be used to improve university library＇s information resources sharing environment and increase library＇s social benefit.
