This paper analyzes the advantages of young librarians in service platform construction, subject service professionalization and reader service modernization, and puts forward the development countermeasures for young librarians including making well the career planning, paying attention to the professional ability development, strengthening the psychological quality training, and the implementing the incentive management strategy.
