驻乌鲁木齐市高校图书馆数字服务发展的现状与对策

Discussion on the Current Status of and Countermeasures for the Development of Digital Service of University Libraries Located in Urumqi City

选取了4所驻乌鲁木齐市高校图书馆,从图书馆的数字资源建设、数字服务内容两个方面进行了全面的现状调研,并在借鉴内地较好的高校图书馆先进理念和成功经验的基础上,针对新疆高校图书馆资金投入少、馆员知识水平低、宣传力度不够、技术和设施保障不到位、读者的数字资源意识和利用能力薄弱等问题,提出了若干发展对策。

This paper makes comprehensive investigation on the current status of four university libraries located in Urumqi City from two aspects of library＇ s digital resources construction and digital service contents, and based on drawing lessons from the advanced concepts and successful experience of better university libraries in China's Mainland, and in the light of some problems existing in Xinjiang＇s university libraries such as little fund inputting, low knowledge level of librarians, insufficient propaganda, lack of technique and facility guarantee, and readers＇ weak consciousness and weak utilization ability of digital resources, etc., puts forward some development countermeasures.
