目的基于六西格玛理论,优化医院图书馆信息组织工作的整体流程,以提高工作效率。方法根据六西格玛五步法的原理,界定信息组织质量问题。同时针对问题,制定改进措施方案。结果集中优化整个工作流程,根据存在问题,改进措施。结论采用六西格玛管理方法,可极大提高医学图书馆信息组织质量控制,使得工作流程更合理,标准和规范化。

Objective To optimize the literature and information organization process and improve the working efficiency by six sigma theory in hospital library.Method According to the five-steps method of Six Sigma Theory,the quality control problems were detected and solved.Result Centralized optimization of the whole work process,according to the existing problems,improvement measures.Conclusion The quality control of literature and information organization in hospital library was significantly improved by Six Sigma theory.
