摘要
目的评价天津市某涂料厂职业病危害防护措施及效果。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查等方法。结果共设噪声检测点5个,结果为66.8—72.4dB(A);二氧化钛粉尘检测点1个,时间加权平均浓度(CTWA)最高为0.5mg/m3,短时间接触浓度(CSTEL)3.0mg/m3;滑石粉尘检测点1个,CTWA最高为0.3mg/m3,CSTEL为2.7mg/m3;二甲苯检测点1个,结果CTWA最高为7.1mg/m3,CsTEL为91.3mg/m3;丁醇检测点1个,GTWA最高为2.1mg/m3,CSTEL为23.6mg/m3;高温检测点1个,最高为25.4℃。结论该项目在总体布局、设备布局、建筑卫生学、辅助用室、职业危害因素防护措施、个人防护用品配备、应急救援、职业卫生管理等方面基本符合国家法律、法规及职业卫生标准要求。
[ Objective] To evaluate the protective measures against the occupational hazards in a paint factory of Tianjin, analyze its effect. [ Methods] The field occupational health investigation, occupational health inspection and occupational health examination were adopted. [ Results ] In 5 detection points of noise, the results were between 66.8 dB ( A ) and 72.4 dB ( A ). In 1 detection point of the titanium dioxide powder, the highest time weighted average concentration ( CTWA ) was 0.5 mg/m3 , and the short term exposure limit ( CSTEL ) was 3.0 mg/m3. In 1 detection point of the talc powder, the highest CTWA was 0. 3 mg/m3 , and the CSTEL was 2.7 mg/m3. In 1 detection point of xylene, the highest CTWA was 7.1 mg/m3, and the CSTEL was 91.3 mg/m3. In 1 detection point of butanol, the highest CTWA was 2.1 mg/m3 , and the CSTEL was 23.6 mg/m3. In 1 detection point of high temperature, the highest temperature was 25.4 -C. [ Conclusion] The general layout, equipment layout, construction hygiene, auxiliary rooms, protective measures against the occupational hazards, personal protective equipment, emergency rescue and occupational health management of this project can basically meet the requirements of the relevant national laws and occupational health standards.
