某石化企业己内酰胺重残液与聚合浓缩液合并生产15kt/a切片项目职业病危害控制效果评价 被引量:1

Evaluation on control effect of occupational hazards in 15 kt /a slice production project of caprolactam heavy raffinate and polymerization concentrated liquid in a petrochemical enterprise

摘要 目的通过对某石化企业己内酰胺重残液与聚合浓缩液合并生产15 kt/a切片项目产生的职业病危害因素进行识别、检测,分析其危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响,评价职业病危害防护设施及其效果,为行政部门对建设项目职业病防护设施竣工验收提供科学依据。方法根据国家相关标准,通过职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查及检查表分析等方法对建设项目进行评价。结果该项目在职业病防护设施、建筑卫生学、辅助用室、应急救援、职业健康检查和职业卫生管理制度方面基本符合职业卫生的要求,在生产过程中存在的主要职业病危害因素为己内酰胺、联苯、粉尘和噪声,其检测结果均符合国家标准,在个体防护用品的配置及警示标识的设置方面有待进一步完善。结论该建设项目在设备布局、毒物危害控制、应急救援、建筑卫生学和辅助用室等方面符合法律、法规和标准的要求,职业病危害控制效果基本可行。 [ Objective ] To identify and detect the occupational hazards arising from the l5 kt/a slice production project of caprolactam heavy raffinate and polymerization concentrated liquid in a petrochemical enterprise, analyze its degree and the effect on the laborers'health, evaluate the preventive measures against occupational hazard s and its effect, and provide a scientific basis for administrative department to take the completion acceptance of occupational prevention facilities in construction project. [ Methods] Based on the relevant national standards, the project was evaluated by the methods of field occupational health investigation, occupational health inspection, occupational health examination and checklist analysis. [ Results ] The occupational preven- tion facilities, building hygiene, auxiliary rooms, emergency rescue, occupational health examination and occupational health management system basically met the occupational health requirements. The main occupational hazards that existed in the production process were caprolactam, biphenyl, dust and noise, which the test results accorded with the national standard. But the individual protective equipments and warning signs should be further perfected. [ Conclusion] The equipment layout, poison hazard control, emergency rescue, building hygiene and auxiliary rooms of this project meet the requirements of relevant laws, regulations and standards, and the control measures against the occupational hazards are feasible.
