上海市金山区农村高血压患者就诊时机及其影响因素

Visiting doctor opportunity and its influencing factors of rural hypertensive patients in Jinshan District of Shanghai

目的通过了解上海市金山区农村高血压患者就诊时机及其影响因素,为有针对性的对高血压患者进行干预提供依据。方法采用横断面调查的方法,调查金山区6个村430名年龄35岁以上的常住高血压患者的一般情况、疾病特征、健康意识、行为和就诊时机等。结果金山区农村高血压患者及时就诊率为61.26%,中青年、患病时间短和无自觉症状的患者不及时就诊与健康意识、高血压知识和就诊医院有相关性(P<0.05)。结论应加强对农村居民的健康教育,提高其健康意识和知识水平。

[ Objective ] To understand the visiting doctor opportunity and its influencing factors of rural hypertensive patients in Jinsban District of Shanghai, provide basis for giving targeted intervention among hypertensive patients. [ Methods] The general condi- tions, disease characteristics, health awareness, behaviour and visiting doctor opportunity of 430 hypertensive patients aged above 35 years old in 6 counties of Jinshan District were investigated by cross-sectional survey. [ Results ] The timely visiting doctors rate of hypertensive patients in Jinshan rural area was 61.26%. Visiting doctor not in time of young, short disease course and asymptomatic patients was correlated with the health awareness, hypertensive knowledge and visited hospitals. [ Conclusion] The health education among rural residents should be strengthened to improve their health awareness and knowledge.
