摘要
目的通过对本溪钢铁(集团)有限责任公司(以下简称本钢)烧结余热发电项目职业病危害因素控制效果的评价,为建设单位完善职业病防护措施提供科学依据。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业病危害因素检测、职业健康检查及检查表等方法对该建设项目进行职业卫生评价。结果该建设项目存在的职业病危害因素有粉尘、SO2、NOX、噪声、高温和工频电场等。劳动者接触这些危害因素的水平均未超过国家规定的职业卫生接触限制标准。该项目在总体布局、职业病防护措施、个人防护用品及职业卫生管理制度方面基本符合相关法律、法规要求。而在建筑卫生学、卫生辅助用室及应急救援方面还不够完善。结论本钢该建设项目所采取的职业病危害控制措施有效可行。但应加强职业卫生事故的应急救援设施的建设和管理。
[Objective] To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in sintering waste heat power generation project of Benxi Iron & Steel ( Group ) Co. , Ltd, provide the scientific basis for improving the protection measures against occupational hazards. [ Methods] The occupational health evaluation was performed by field occupational health investigation, occupational hazard factors testing, occupational health examination and check list method. [ Results] The occupational hazard factors of this project were dust, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxide, noise, high temperature and power frequency electric field. The exposure levels of these hazardous factors were below national occupational health limits. The overall layout, occupational hazard protection measures, personal protection articles and occupational health management system in this project accorded to the requirements of relevant laws, rules and regulations. But the building hygiene, health auxiliary rooms and emergency rescue should be improved. [ Conclusion]Theoeeupational hazard control measures of this project are feasible and effective. But construction and management on emergency rescue of occupational health accident need to be strengthened.
