摘要
文章介绍了一种基于瞬稳式静态注射化学发光法仪器。仪器由进样单元、化学反应池、光电转换单元、信号处理/控制单元和上位机数据处理软件5部分组成,可以检测溶液中的微量元素。系统采用了瞬稳式静态注射方法,通过良好的屏蔽和抗干扰设计,使溶液中微量元素检出限达到10-9 g/m L。采用高锰酸钾-鲁米诺体系,实现了溶液中高锰酸钾含量的定量检测。结果表明,检测系统在光波长范围为380~1100 nm范围内线性关系良好,相关系数 R=0.9998,RSD≤2.72%。系统小型便携、灵敏度高、重复性好,上位机软件具有回归曲线拟合、计算RSD等功能。系统适用于教学实验室、现场检测、基层检测站和检验室等场合。
A chemiluminescence instrument is developed based on instantaneous steady-static injection method .It consists of five parts including injection unit ,chemical reaction pool ,photoelectric conver-sion unit ,signal processing/control unit and host computer data processing software .The instrument can be used in detecting the trace elements in a solution .By using instantaneous steady-static injection method and with good shielding and anti-jamming design ,the detection limit of trace elements reaches 10-9 g/mL .The quantitative detection of a solution of potassium permanganate is achieved by using potassium permanganate-luminol system .The experimental results show that the detection system has a good linear relationship in the 380-1 100 nm optical wavelength range ,its correlation coefficient R is 0.999 8 ,and the relative standard deviation (RSD) is less than or equal to 2.72% .The instrument is small and portable ,and characterized by high sensitivity and good repeatability .The host computer software has the functions of regression curve fitting ,RSD calculation ,etc .The system can be widely used in teaching laboratory ,on-site testing ,primary inspection station and other occasions .
