摘要
介绍用现场检测相同的设置对相控阵探头和系统进行校验、测评和表征的方法原理。给出了用不同试块、波型、探头尺寸及不同机械测定的示例。此法易于发现参数编程中的种种错误,包括楔块角度、第一阵元高度、楔块声速及探头阵元芯距等。列举了用不同的程控参数进行裂纹检测和定量的实例。该方法可望用于承压设备焊接接头现场检测施探前对相控阵线阵探头和系统的快速校验,很有实用性。
This article presents the technique principle of checking and evaluating PA probes and sys tern using the same set-up as used in the field. The method could easily detect the mistakes in program- ming the wedge angle, height of the first element, wedge velocity and/or probe pitch. Examples are given in detecting and sizing cracks with different programmed parameters. The method is practical and expected to be used to quickly checking PA probes and system in the field before starting inspection of welded joints for Pressure vessels.
