摘要
针对火焰筒群孔的结构特点,提出了火焰筒群孔成组电极电火花加工方法。通过成组电极设计、工艺参数选择和电极损耗补偿等关键技术研究,解决了具有干涉结构火焰筒群孔的加工难题。
According to the characteristics of combustor liner group holes, this paper proposes group electrodes EDM process. By researching on the key tech- nology of group electrodes design, selection of process parameters and electrode wear compensation, it has solved the problem of group holes machining in combustor liner with interference structure.
