摘要
TC17钛合金主要用于航空发动机整体叶盘、转子和大截面锻件的制造。采用惯性摩擦焊工艺制造航空发动机压气机整体转子能够减少零件数量并有效地提高结构刚度。通过对TC17钛合金惯性摩擦焊接头断裂韧性的测试,可为钛合金惯性摩擦焊整体转子损伤容限分析提供技术和数据支持。
TC17 titanium alloy is used for aeroengine blisks, motors and large section forgings. The quality of aeroengine integral rotors made by inertia friction welding will be reduced and the stiffness will be increased. The fracture toughness testing of inertia friction joint can supply technology and data for damage of tolerance limit analysis of aeroengine integral rotors made by inertia friction welding.
