糖尿病合并复杂冠脉病变患者药物支架术与搭桥术疗效的Meta分析被引量：4

摘要目的对随机对照试验（RcTs）及观察性试验（OCTs）行Meta分析，了解在糖尿病合并复杂冠脉病变人群中药物支架术（PCI．DES）及冠脉搭桥术（CABG）的安全性及总体疗效。方法：系统检索PubMed、EMBASE、CENTRAL、Coogle Scholar和SinoMed等数据库。用Revman5．2软件行数据统计。结果：死亡率（DES11．7％扭CABG9．1％。RR 1．23。95％CI：1．00～1．53，P=0．06），心肌梗死率（DES 8．5％慨CABG4．6％，RR 1．68。95％：1．20-2．37，P=0．003），再次血运重建率（DES 19．0％vsCABG 6．3％，RR 2．95，95％CI：2．46～3．55，P〈0．00001），脑血管事件发生率（DES 2．0％饿CABG 3．9％，RR 0．51，95％CI：0．39-0．67，P〈0．00001）。结论：在糖尿病合并复杂冠脉病变患者中，CABG在死亡率、心肌梗死、再次血运重建方面优于PCI．DES。在脑血管事件方面处于劣势。
