异丙酚和盐酸右美托咪定用于预防七氟醚全麻术后躁动的临床研究 被引量:11

摘要 七氟醚是临床广泛应用的吸入麻醉药.但七氟醚全麻患者术后躁动发生的概率可以高达45%。术后躁动的发生不能通过良好的镇痛得以完全避免,它的发生还与镇静深度成负相关。研究显示异丙酚与盐酸右美托咪定对七氟醚全麻患者术后躁动均有一定的预防作用,然而合适的给药方案尚存在争议。
