New Requirements of Macro-control for the "New Normal" Chinese Economy

我国经济发展进入上中等收入阶段,约束我国经济增长的宏观条件发生了深刻的变化,经济失衡具有了新特点,要求宏观调控方式发生根本转变:注重需求管理的同时,注重供给管理;要求宏观经济政策导向发生变化:更精确和科学地实施松紧搭配的政策组合。

Abstract： The macro-conditions which constrain on Chinese economic growth have changed a lot since the economy developed into an upper-middle-income stage. Economic imbalance has had some new characters, which requires of macro-control to have a thoroughly radical change： not only in the management of demand but also in management of supply; requiring the macro-economic policy orientation to change; more accurately and scientifically carry out flexible policy combination with different degree of tightness.
