摘要
目前高校绩效管理存在"借来"主义、考核指标设计不科学不全面等问题,尝试从平衡计分卡管理模式对高校绩效评价进行设计,通过对传统平衡计分卡体系的改进、战略地图的绘制以及战略中心组织的引入,来完善高校的绩效评价体系。
Presently, performance management in colleges and universities has some problems, such as "bor- rowed" principle and unscientific and uncomprehensive assessment index design. This paper, based on the bal- anced scorecard method, attempts to design performance evaluation in colleges and universities through the improvement of traditional balance card system and the introduction of the strategic map drawing and strategic center organization, and hopes to help improve the performance evaluation system of colleges and universities.
