碳足迹视角下的山东省经济转型发展研究

Economic Transformation Development in Shandong Province from the Perspective of Carbon Footprint

以碳足迹方法对山东省2009-2010年的碳排放量以及居民的碳排放量进行了计算,发现山东省是以煤炭为主的能源消费大省,大量燃煤造成了严重的环境污染,且山东居民生活消费的年均二氧化碳排放量也较大。这不仅需要山东省调整自身的产业结构,更需要进一步调整和优化居民消费结构,提倡对资源理性消费,通过构建低碳财政税收激励机制、低碳环境监测机制、低碳生态城市建设诱导机制,促进山东省低碳经济的发展。

Rational consumption of resources should be called for, and LC fiscal levy incentive mechanism, LC environmental monitoring mechanism and LC ecological city building induction mechanism should be established for the promotion of LC economy in Shandong province.
