摘要
从教师主体的认知评价与个性特质、自我效能感、教师职业生涯周期、教育评价体制四个方面分析了高职教师产生职业倦怠的原因,并针对具体的情况,提出了缓解教师职业倦怠的策略。
This essay analyzes the reasons of teachers’ job-lassitude in vocational schools from four aspects, which were the teacher subject’ acknowledge evalution and personality-quality, self efficacy, teacher-career-cycle and educational evaluation system. It also carries out the tactics how to relieve the teachers’ job-lassitude according to the specific situations.
