摘要
该文从综合性公交枢纽用地综合开发的必要性及土地供应方式着手,以重庆大佛寺公交枢纽站场上盖为例,进行了交通影响分析,提出交通配套控制要求。在此基础上,从规划选址、用地性质、开发强度、公共服务设施配套、交通配套等方面总结出具有普适性的规划控制导则,希望能够对这类用地的规划控制起到借鉴作用。
Based on the necessity and land supply models of comprehensive public transport hub and exampled by Dafo Temple hub, the traffic effects are analyzed with the requirement of traffic supporting control proposed. Then some universal planning guidelines are summarized from the aspects of plan-ning site selection, land use property, development intensity, supporting public service facility and supporting traffic facilities. It is hoped to offer some references for relevant planning.
