节约资源和保护环境已成为我国建设社会主义生态文明的基本国策,而发展以电动汽车为代表的新能源汽车是实现该目标的重要途径之一。面对新事物,在相关标准尚未完善的情况下如何结合地方特点创新性编制规划,保障及引导其有序发展。该文以重庆市电动汽车充电设施布点规划为例,探讨电动汽车充电站规划标准、规划原则、空间布点和用地控制等方面内容,以期为今后开展相关规划和建设工作提供参考和借鉴。

Resource conservation and environment protection have become the basic state policy and developing new energy automobile represented by electro mobile is one of the important measures to achieve the goals. Based on the site layout planning of electro mobile in Chongqing, the planning stan-dard, planning principle, space site layout and land control of electro mobile charging station are discussed for future reference.
