摘要
目的探讨"院中办班"现场教学模式对高职老年护理专业学生人文关怀能力的影响效果。方法选择本校护理专业2011级三年制大专(老年护理方向)4个班的学生共215名,并以班级为单位随机分为两组,对照组107人,专业课程教学在校内完成,采取模拟情境教学;试验组108人,专业课程教学在养老机构完成,采取"院中办班"现场教学模式;对两组护生的理论成绩、实践成绩和人文关怀能力进行比较,并调查试验组护生对"院中办班"教学模式的主观评价。结果试验组的理论成绩、实践成绩和人文关怀能力各维度均高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组护生对"院中办班"教学模式改革的评价较好。结论 "院中办班"现场教学模式有利于提高高职护生的人文关怀能力和综合素养,值得在高职院校中推广。
Objective To discuss The impact of “studying in the pension agency” on-site teaching mode to the humanistic care ability of higher vocational Elderly nursing students. Methods 215 nursing students from four three-year college class (Geriatric nursing direc- tion) in the nursing profession level 2011 were chosed and randomly divided into two groups for the unit to class. 107 nursing stu- dents of control group would complete tihe specialized courses in school and adopt simulation situation teaching, 107 nursing students of experimental group would study specialized courses in the pension agency and adopt on-site Teaching. Comparing the theoretical result, practical result and humanistic care ability between two groups, and surveying the experimental group's subjective evaluation to “studying in the pension agency” on-site teaching mode. Results The theoretical result, practical result and humanistic care ability all dimensions of experimental group were higher than the control group, Nursing students of the experimental group had a good evalua- tion of “studying in the pension agency” teaching mode reform. Conclusions “Studying in the pension agency” on-site teaching mode could improve higher vocational nursing students' humanistic care ability and comprehensive quality, it's worth promoting.
