循证护理在儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征手术治疗中的应用

The Application of Evidence-based Nursing in the Surgical Treatment about Children with Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrom

目的探讨循证护理在儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征手术治疗中的应用效果。方法将402例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征行手术治疗的患儿按入院时间分成常规护理组194例和循证护理组208例,对常规护理组采用口头讲解和文字健康教育及临床一般护理常规等措施,循证护理组在常规护理组的基础上根据围手术期出现的护理问题、术后并发症,进行临床评估,应用循证护理的概念和实施步骤加以具体指导,和家长一起制定并实施护理方案,观察两组护理实施的临床效果。结果常规护理组术后并发症发生率明显高于循证护理组,循证护理组家长对疾病相关知识的认知程度和对护理的满意度显著高于常规护理组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理能有效地保证手术的安全,防止和减少术后并发症的发生,提高护理质量并使患儿得到优质的护理服务,值得在儿科推广。

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in the surgical treatment about children with obstructive sleep ap- nea hypopnea syndrom. Methods Chose 402 cases of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrom children in hospital time divided into routine nursing group 194 cases and the evidence-based nursing group 208 examples, the routine nursing group with oral interpretation and written general nursing routine health education, and in the bed, evidence-based nursing group on the basis of conventional nurs- ing group according to perioperative nursing problems, postoperative complications, clinical assessment, the application of the concept and implementation steps of evidence-based nursing to specific guidance, and parents together to develop and implement nursing plan, then to observe the clinic effect of the two groups. Results Occurrence of postoperative complications of conventional group was obvi- ously higher than that of evidence-based group, evidence-based nursing set of parents to the disease related knowledge cognition and satisfaction of nursing is significantly higher than normal group, difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Evidence- based nursing can effectively ensure the safety of surgery to prevent and reduce postoperative complications and to improve nursing quality and to make children get high quality nursing service, so it is worth popularizing in pediatric clinic.
