基于Master CAM的曲面及曲面文字加工技术研究

Research of Master CAM-based Curved Surface and Text Processing Technology of Curved Surface

文中简要介绍了Master CAM软件特点及曲面加工方法,并以鼠标曲面为例,采用相同参数对各种加工方法进行了切削验证和比较,找到了凸形曲面粗、精加工的理想方案;同时,对建立曲面及曲面文字刀具路径的方法、步骤、过程和技巧进行了阐述和分析,并进行实体切削验证和后置处理,为模具制造业提供了一种可供选择的编程和加工方法。

This paper briefly introduces features of Master CAM software and processing method of curved surface and takes the mouse surface for example, using the same parameters of various processing methods to conduct cutting verification and comparison. This paper finds out the ideal solution of roughly and finely cutting a convex surface; at the same time, methods, steps, processes and skills of establishing surface and text cutting paths by tools are described and analyzed. Real cutting of verification and post processing are conducted to provide an alternative programming and processing method for die and mould manufacturing.
